Why are we unique? We offer the opportunity to tone up and lose inches with our fantastic 30 minute circuit set in unique, beautifully relaxing spa-like environment. Enjoy the relaxing music and aromatherapy, chatting to other members, while the machines help you to achieve the body you deserve. We also have a ladies only sauna which you can use FREE whenever you like.

Most of our members have never used a gym before and unlike regular health clubs, they enjoy the easy to use machines, the friendly personal service and the fantastic results they achieve.
